Build a Customer Acquisition System You Can Measure — and Scale

I help small businesses connect paid acquisition, website conversion, tracking, and sales data so they can see what produces qualified leads and customers, where money is leaking, and what to improve next.

WHO I WORK WITH

Small businesses with existing demand, customers and room to grow

I work with businesses whose customer acquisition is underperforming, difficult to measure, or ready for the next stage of growth.

TYPICAL SITUATIONS

You’re spending on ads but don’t know which traffic actually produces qualified leads and customers.

Leads are coming in, but not enough are converting into customers.

Your website gets traffic but does not generate enough inquiries.

You don’t know what budget is actually required to produce consistent leads.

You want to grow into new markets but don’t know which ones are commercially viable.

You have data, but no clear diagnosis of what specifically is limiting your growth.

Know What Your Marketing Spend Is Actually Buying

  • What does a qualified lead cost?
  • What budget is needed to generate consistent volume?
  • Which traffic and markets convert?
  • What happens when spend increases?
  • Where does efficiency begin to deteriorate?
  • What is actually limiting growth?

Selected Work

A few examples of the kinds of acquisition problems I help solve.

Local Service Business — Paid Search & Conversion

Challenge: Paid search was generating traffic, but lead volume was inconsistent and too much budget was going to low-commercial-intent searches.

What I did: Analyzed search intent, campaign structure, CPC, conversion behavior, landing-page performance, and tracking. Tightened keyword targeting, reduced wasted traffic, improved conversion messaging, and established clearer acquisition-cost benchmarks.

What we learned: Which search terms and customer problems produced commercial intent, where budget was being wasted, and what campaign conditions were more likely to produce qualified leads.

Regional Expansion — Testing New Markets

Challenge: A service business wanted to expand into new geographic markets without knowing which regions could support profitable customer acquisition.

What I did: Built and compared regional campaigns, then evaluated CPC, engagement, conversion behavior, lead quality, and website friction by territory.

What we learned: Which markets showed real demand, which required different messaging or timing, and where additional spend was unlikely to be justified.

Website Conversion & Funnel Diagnosis

Challenge: Traffic was reaching the website, but the business did not know where prospects were dropping out.

What I did: Connected paid traffic, GA4, form behavior, landing pages, and lead data to measure the path from ad click to inquiry. Then improved messaging, trust signals, calls to action, and form experience based on the data.

What we learned: Where the funnel was leaking, which traffic was engaging but not converting, and which changes were most likely to improve lead generation.

Why I Work This Way

My background combines science, business, consultative sales, and hands-on customer acquisition. That has shaped how I approach growth problems: understand the system, identify the real constraint, test assumptions, and use evidence to decide what should change next.

I care about making marketing understandable, not mysterious. I want clients to know what the data is saying, why a change is being made, and what we are learning from the result. The goal is not more activity for its own sake — it is better customer acquisition, clearer economics, and decisions that support sustainable growth.
